Mr. Easter Easter Bunny

Isaac calls the Easter bunny, Mr. Easter Easter Bunny.  He has been excited for so long for this holiday and of course has a list a mile long of things he would like the Easter bunny to bring him in his basket.  Many of the items, however, the Easter Bunny can not find.  It will be interesting around our house on Easter morning.  Hopefully the Easter bunny made up for it with some other items, we shall see.  The past two weekends Isaac has had the chance to go on Easter Egg hunts in the community.  He was beyond excited for this!!
The first egg hunt was at church.  It was pretty small and started out with the Fr. Dave (St. John's) blessing on the children's baskets.  Isaac was thrilled to see that little prizes and candy were in his eggs.

This weekend he was able to participate in an event at Edgerton Community Gym (put on by the city of Maplewood) where the Easter bunny was there, crafts, jump castle, open gym, breakfast and of course the EGG HUNT!!!  Isaac and Addy both had a blast at this event, we will for sure be doing it again in the future.  Isaac was speechless when he met Mr. Easter Easter Bunny,  but he wasn't shy to shake his hand, give him high 5 or even a good-bye hug.
